La Vesuvio

- 3 lemon wedges, halved
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 oz. Bacardi O
- 1 oz. Brandy
- Lemon wheel soaked in 151 proof rum
Place lemon wedges, simple syrup and mint into mixing glass and muddle. Add Bacardi O and Brandy, fill with ice, shake well and strain into a Martini glass. Float and flame lemon wheel.
