Geisha cocktail

The Geisha is a cocktail made of:
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 1 oz. sake
- 2 teaspoons sugar syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
Shake with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes; garnish with fruit if desired. Serve.
