Easy flange

An easy flange is a simple method of turning the end of a copper column into a triclamp compatible flange. It is maufactured using a combination of several techniques, including turning, rolling and flattening the end of the pipe, filling up a mold such as a hose clip with solder and filing down, and solding on a shaped copper wire.
