Demijohn

A large-bodied, small-mouthed, long-necked wine bottle, usually covered with wicker, used to store wine or as a secondary fermentation vessel. Demijohns come in many sizes, including 5-, 10-, 15-, 20-, and 25-gallon (Imperial). See carboy.
